Cauliflower Mash

Caulimash is definitely my go-to veggie on Keto, and it couldn’t be easier!

What you will need:

1lb bag of frozen cauliflower

2 tbsp sour cream

2 tbsp cream cheese

2 tbsp Kerry Gold butter

2 tbsp heavy whipping cream

1 tsp salt

1tsp garlic powder


Cook the cauliflower in the bag in the microwave for double the time it says on the bag; usually ends up being between 9-12 mins.

Poor directly into blender or food processor and blend by itself for about 30 secs or until almost smooth.

Add in sour cream, cream cheese, butter, salt, garlic powder and cream. Blend for 30 secs to 1 min until fluffy, thick and smooth! Enjoy!!!
