If you have ever wondered why my name is lazy keto, allow me to explain! I cannot stand it when I look up a recipe for something and there is nothing but recipes that have “fancy” ingredients (i.e.: something that I didn’t have in my pantry). Simple ingredients can still make amazing recipes.
So you can imagine that this particular recipe was created by this same rule of thumb. 20 mins ago I wanted something for dessert. Immediately looked up some low carb chocolate mousse. Read through some recipes and decided that they made me NOT want to make it. So I knew there had to be an easier way. This was the outcome…
2/3 cup HWC. 1/2 tsp unsweetened dark cocoa powder 1 tbsp granular sweetener (Splenda). 1 small splash vanilla
Beat the cream by hand for 2 mins. Trust me, you can do it 😋 add the cocoa powder, sweetener and vanilla while mixing in between each one. The mousse will be really thick. Feel free to add a few drops of cream to loosen it back up.
That’s it.
Seriously, I’m not kidding. It also tastes exactly like a Wendy’s frosty. Enjoy!
That sounds great! I’m the same way, I don’t want to buy special ingredients for 1 or 2 recipes and then the rest will just sit in my pantry forever. I like to cook simple things that taste great!

Exactly!!! If I have to specially order an ingredient online then it’s not for me haha

Can’t wait to try this! I get exactly what you mean – its so annoying when you see an ‘easy’ recipe which has about 20 different sweeteners, 3 kinds of low carb flour and THEN comes the other ingredients (that you will never use again)
