Vanilla Cream Cheese Frosting

What you will need:

1 8oz block cream cheese

4oz Kerry Gold Butter

4 tsp sweetener

2 tbsp vanilla

1/2 cup heavy whipping cream

Directions:

Allow the butter and cream cheese to come to room temperature. Add all ingredients to your mixer and mix until light and fluffy! Will take roughly 10-15 mins. Easy as pie!… or keto frosting ❤

  1. I made this recipe, put it in a pastry bag, made 2 TBS portion sizes on wax paper, froze them and we eat them when we need a sweet treat! You can also substitute the butter for peanut butter or add lemon oil or peppermint oil. Very yummy, thank you for the recipe!

    I just made this. It all seperated 😦
    You need to mix everything exempt the heavy cream and then add the heavy cream in the last 2 minutes of mixing. If you beat the cream for 10-15 minutes it seperates
